What you need:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can create complex interactive experiences for multiple platforms & software solutions. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll be designing and creating customer journeys and high-level screen designs (wireframes/prototypes) by working closely with the client and users to help build the right product.

You will be working with production work in a multidisciplinary team together with developers, designers, QA testers, and the client. The role requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of usability standards.

• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for multiple platforms (including responsive web and native apps)

• A strong portfolio with examples of UI/UX design

• Ability to translate high-level ideas into unique experiences

• Proficiency in the product design process, from research to user experience design, to visual design

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely.

Experience in:

• Sketch, Invision, Design Systems, Analytics, and other UI/UX design tools.

• Experience in designing for mobile user interfaces (with work examples in portfolio).

• A good understanding of UX design and usability and how it relates to visual design.

• Proficient in user research techniques and reports.

• Work with UI development and backend engineering teams to ensure the effective execution of designs.

It would be cool if you had

• Good standard of spoken and written English.

• Experience in illustration, visual storytelling, prototyping, development, and video editing is welcome.

• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Stay current on technology trends to inform and inspire innovative design.

• Experience using data, research, and testing methods to guide design decisions

• Experience designing landing pages, navigation, account, and loyalty experiences

• Experience with B2C e-commerce platforms.
